Unlike cultivated blackberries, the evergreen blackberry brings a deeper, more intense flavor: wild and slightly earthy, with a rich berry sweetness and just enough tartness to keep every bite interesting. Lightly seeded, this jam preserves the authentic character of the berry — the way blackberry jam was meant to taste.

We source our evergreen blackberries from local Pacific Northwest growers and craft this jam in small batches at our facility in St. Helens, Oregon. No artificial flavors, no harsh preservatives — just real fruit, cane sugar, and care.
