TERMS AND CONDITIONS: FOB St. Helens, Oregon. First order COD: Net terms with established credit. No shipments will be made to past due accounts. Past due accounts will be subject to a 1.5% finance charge per month, which is an annual rate of 18%. All orders are shipped best way, UPS or LTL carrier depending on weight/destination. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are normally shipped same day, but please allow two weeks for delivery. We will attempt to inform you of any delays in shipping. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. All damage claims must be filed with the carrier within 10 days. Claims made after 30 days will not be accepted. All returns must be within 10 days of deliver and will only be accepted with prior approval.
